COO role with one of the NBFCs in Pune:  This position will be part of the Top Management team responsible to developing the overall business (Existing and New Verticals) and take huge strides with this business. This position is responsible to set goals - short term, medium term and long term. Will have to develop business plan, sales strategy and drive business across India.   Sales:  - To own up Profit Centre - Sales and Business Development  - To take up challenging targets after analyzing the market potential  - To achieve target by growing the business and managing existing relationships as well as acquisition of new customer relationships with credit and risk worthiness, customer satisfaction objectives of the area assigned  - Analyzing business potential, conceptualize & execute strategies to drive sales, augment turnover and achieve desired targets.  - Identifying, qualifying and pursuing business opportunities through market surveys and mapping as per targeted plans as well as through lead generation.  - Identify and develop new streams for long-term revenue growth and maintaining relationships with customers to achieve repeat/ referral business.  - Instrumental in Product development as per market potential and risk   - Accountable for Superior Customer Services delivery/support, process adherence, and product training to maintain and strong client relationship  Product Activities:   - Develop and implement new products and prepare strategies in order to acquire new business from new products and grab market share.  - Ensure / maintain good relationships with the Principals (Manufacturers) of existing and new products  - Planning as per the Market & competitive trend to achieve targets.  Marketing Activities:   - Develop and implement marketing strategies to support overall sales strategy in order to assure the best value to our existing and new customer.  - Develop overall market plan as per Market & competitive trend to achieve targets.  Credit Understanding:  - Capacity to understand Credit Processes and drive the team as per requirements of credit  Team Management:  - Build, Lead, train and motivate team of managers ensuring their career development and positive contribution to the company.  - Guiding & Leading the branch managers in understanding deliverables as per local flavor and thereby identifying positions which would help in effective achievement of targets.  Jayeeta  Contact No: 7506278321
