Chief Operating Officer - Mfg/Auto

Our Client in the Middle East is looking for an Engineer + MBA (from Tier 1 Institutes) with 18-to-20 years’ work experience in any manufacturing-oriented industry (preferably supplying, although not necessarily, to auto industry) with a career growth achieved through Sales & Marketing function.

- Position is titled COO, would report directly into CEO, will have Heads of Sales & Marketing, Commercial & Logistics reporting into him; subject to meeting performance expectations, this role would move into a CEO’s role in 3-to-5 years’ time.

- Age a max of 45.

- Should be willing to move with family, plan for a minimum 5 years stint.
