Chief Operating Officer - Medical College Hospital & Research Center

Client : A leading Medical college hospital and Research Center based out of South India.

The Role :

- To provide exemplary leadership and performance accountability to the institution's operations & services through the alignment and execution of the strategic goals and objectives.

- Responsible for the effectiveness, efficiency and quality of administrative services as a whole that ensures positive stakeholder experiences.

- Responsible for the development, implementation/execution of policies, procedures, systems and budgets.

- Leadership for various stakeholders involved in the operational helm of affairs.

- Reports to the Directors.

The Person for the role :

- Master's Degree in Health Care Administration/Business Administration

- Management/Leadership experience overseeing hospital and/or medical college operations.

- Experience in policy/ process development in a multi-specialty environment.

- Strong stakeholder management / leadership skills
