Role

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is a top-of-the-line position for providing, communicating and implementing the bearings of the leadership, management and vision, necessary to ensure that company has the proper operational controls, administrative & reporting procedures, and people systems in place, to ensure financial strength, ratio performance and operating efficiency. The COO will be responsible for directing the overall operations of organization in such a way that employees feel as if they are part of something bigger than themselves and their role is strategically important to the organization. Responsibilities

- Rendering the leadership and management for creating, communicating and implementing a day-to-day functioning in the organization that mirrors the core values, mission and grand vision of the organization.

- Responsible for regular & systematic evaluation of all internal and external processes for effectiveness and reporting their resultant operating condition to the CEO / governing board, in a timely and accurate manner.

- Leading the formulation, development and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes in the direction of the business.
