- Bachelor's degree in business or related field.

- Master's degree in business or related field (Preferred).

Experience:

- At least five years in a similar role (Preferred).

Roles and Responsibilities:

Role

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is a top-of-the-line position for providing, communicating and implementing the bearings of the leadership, management and vision, necessary to ensure that company has the proper operational controls, administrative & reporting procedures, and people systems in place, to ensure financial strength, ratio performance and operating efficiency. The COO will be responsible for directing the overall operations of organization in such a way that employees feel as if they are part of something bigger than themselves and their role is strategically important to the organization. The position accomplishes this through a respectful, constructive and energetic style, guided by the objectives of the company.

Responsibilities

- Rendering the leadership and management for creating, communicating and implementing a day-to-day functioning in the organization that mirrors the core values, mission and grand vision of the organization.

- Responsible for regular & systematic evaluation of all internal and external processes for effectiveness and reporting their resultant operating condition to the CEO / governing board, in a timely and accurate manner.

- Leading the formulation, development and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes in the direction of the business.

- Collaborating with the management and governing body, to develop and implement futuristic plan for operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel, necessary to manage organization's current activities as well as accommodate the rapid growth objectives of the organization.

- Maintaining awareness of competitive landscape and assist in raising additional capital at appropriate valuations, to enable the company seek out opportunities for expansion, new customers, growing markets and also to stay abreast with new industry developments, compliances & standards.

- Retain fiscal responsibility for the organization by developing, implementing and controlling budgets for various departments, and representing the organization before investors and business partners and clients (direct contact as lead client-ombudsman).

- Motivate and lead a high-performance management team; forming, staffing and guiding management team to make it confident for accomplishing the strategic plan of the business; providing mentorship as a cornerstone to the management team, and maneuver it to spread ideas and directions across the organization, in order to make employees understand their expected roles and responsibilities for contribution.

- Managing P&L of APAC (including Japan and India Delivery Center), Global Delivery, and being responsible for Gross Margin.

- Managing Product Engineering and Global Professional Services.

Supervisory Responsibility -

This position has overall supervisory responsibility for all corporate operations.
