COO - Hospitality Group

- Our client is a group which runs a series of High End Boutique Resort in Kerala, seek a COO at their Corporate office in Bangalore.

- Persons responsible for building, managing & delivering higher revenue growth for its Resorts.

Experience : 15 - 22 Years in the hotel industry

LOCATION/ Salary

Qualification : Graduation / Post Graduation in Hotel Administration & an MBA from as institute of repute

KRAs :

- Candidate should be between 35 - 45 Years of age.

- Should have worked with good brands like Taj / Oberoi /Leela

- Should have very rich experience in Sales / Reservations / demonstrated capability of increasing sales / occupancy over a period of time

- Should be a bright / astute businessman, from a Metrics / P&L / People Management Standpoint

- Should have handled P&L for at least 5 Years, with a minimum P& L of 3 Cr p.a.

- Should have a very good understanding of Finance / Financial numbers

- Should have good knowledge of hotel industry / High on Analytical stills

- Should be good in presentation skills & MS Office

- Should have a broad knowledge of economies, trends & its effects on the business in short & medium term, ability to define business strategy according to global trends.

- Should be an extremely good people manager & should have handled large team sizes of 200 + employees

- Strong Analytical, Interpersonal & Presentation Sills, Ability to interact with any level in the organization.

- Self starter, team-player, team leader. Ability to self-motivate & multi-task.
