We are looking for an experienced Chief Operating Officer or COO to oversee our organisation's ongoing operations and procedures. You will be the company's second-in-command and responsible for the efficiency of business.  The goal of the COO position is to secure the functionality of business to drive extensive and sustainable growth.  Generic Responsibilities  - Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures  - Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth  - Establish policies that promote company culture and vision  - Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (Marketing & Sales, Finance, Operations, HR & IT etc.)  - Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication  - Evaluate performance by analysing and interpreting data and metrics  - Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.)  - Manage relationships with partners/vendors  Functional Specifications:  - Involved in optimising operations performance, in all areas of processing and TPA operations.   - Adept in handling any change in process and its impact (especially in a changing scenario of Health regulations)   - Involved in delivering significant time and cost efficiencies, and executed change management projects and employee engagement programs effectively.   - Responsible for regulatory compliance and monitoring of performance and TAT's of delivery.   - Helped in discovering and supporting growth opportunities for business apart from regular processes   - Managing all functional departments of the company and holding them in a linked fashion to deliver utmost customer satisfaction.   - Managing the Large Customer relationship personally to provide unparalleled service delivery   - Adept in understanding the changes in the Health industry and the regulation, and ensure that the company is ready to face the changing landscape.   - Involved in company strategic decision making process and overall budgeting with multiple functions like Call Centre, Enrolment, MIS, claims processing and settlement of claims together with these divisions in charges and department heads.   - Involved in management of Network Hospital management, Empanelments, Tariff negotiations, PPN discussions, etc.   - Involved in processes for defining various changes as per changes in industry norms (TDS / Claims payment migration from Cheques to NEFT/ Insurer software integrations / Insurer payment processed / Regulation changes / Compliance issues etc.)   Requirements  - Proven experience as Chief Operating Officer  - Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, Operations, Sales & Marketing, IT etc.  - Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development  - Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics  - Working knowledge of IT/Business infrastructure and MS Office  - Outstanding organisational and leadership abilities  - Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills  - Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving  - Business Administration with MBA from IIM
