Company Profile: We have a vacancy for COO based at Mumbai for our clients who are a newly set-up Facilities Management professionally managed organisation having very ambitious plans to have headcount of over 10,000 in the first year itself. Our clients already have some veryt high profile & large clients and are very confident of achieving their coporate goals. The position reports to the MD. Our clients offer excellent salary + incentives. Interviews are scheduled by 20th November.
Job Profile: Responsible for heading all the operations and achieving the Topline & Bottomline targets of the organisation. Will be responsible for overall business strategies,business development, sales growth, operations, team-building & profitability.
Candidate Profile: Professionals with 15-30 years of relevant senior level experience in managing Facilities Management organisations at All-India level.Must have capability to lead large workforce teams. Preferably should have handled Business Developmen, P&L, SBU, Profit-Centre-Head responsibilities. Must have handled large customers
