We are on the lookout for a Chief Operating officer for the Employee Background check division of our client Matrix Business Solutions. Please find below the brief JD for the position  - Should be Responsible for P&L  - Should be able to manage service delivery and handle 350+ customers as of date and growing at 10 additional customers every month.   - Should be able to manage a team of 600 employees spread across 12 branches PAN India   - Responsible for growing the new as well as existing business  - Shall be reporting to the CEO  Profile:  - Preferably a CA/CWA/MBA with 12-15 years of experience from the service/ Consumer marketing industry  - Must be from a highly process driven environment  - No Female  - Must have handled a minimum of 500+ employee company with P&L responsibility  - Must be a very hands on and should be in a position to up his sleeves and deliver in case the need arises  Joining time: Immediate
