Chief Operating Officer - Education Group - Mumbai  We are looking for a Chief Operating Officer in Mumbai / Pune with one of the Education Group.   The person would be responsible for :  Leadership :   - Embodying and spreading the vision, mission and values of the group and ensuring they are understood and implemented in all that we do.  Management :   - Attracting, developing, managing and retaining a group of like minded experienced professionals.  Product Development and Delivery :   - Supporting the development of world class educational experiences for children across our classrooms supported by rigorous systems and processes.  Finance :   - Driving a financially healthy and growing organization with transparent and timely budgeting, reporting and auditing processes.  Legal :   - Ensuring full legal compliance and filings with the relevant laws and regulations.  This is a leadership position and requires the applicant to possess the following qualities :  - Be a leader, innovator and thoughtful risk-taker  - A leadership experience of 10 -15 years in the education sector/services industry.  - Experience with an established education group/setting up mid level organization; preferably having set-up and managed high quality K-12 schools/chain of schools.  - Have a keen appreciation of best practices in the education sector and a firm grounding in business fundamentals.  - Be highly energetic, pro-active, principled and a people's person.  Mayank
