COO - Education - 15+ years  The client is a large education group globally, with a presence in 20+ countries and is known for a set of excellent programmes. They have multiple lines of business and subsidiaries in India. One of their network institutions is a well-known name in academics in India. The client is currently looking for a COO to lead and manage their team in India.   Reporting to the MD, the role includes :  1. Creating a strategy for the group in India wrt new business development and client outreach  2. Creating a branding and marketing strategy to be able to build awareness and interest in the brand in India  3. Leading a team across different functions including marketing, sales, academics, HR and support functions  4. Liaising with the group managed to execute the vision for India as a market   You should apply for this role if :  1. You have at least 15 years of experience across different industries, not necessarily in education  2. You have led both sales and marketing functions in previous roles  3. You have driven a high-level branding exercise for at least 2 strong consumer brands in India  4.
