- Spearheading marketing & sales for the eCommerce portal in Architectural Services, House Design & House Planning.
- Managing the entire operations of the portal in terms of advertising, branding, sales & marketing
- Driving the strategic business unit into the next level of growth in terms of expansion in newer markets all over India through setting up offices by appointing franchisees
- Experience in the eCommerce, Digital Media & Print Media, leveraged the unique mix of skills of Operations management, Marketing and Sales to deliver a proven real time integrated system for decision making, planning and managing new and existing businesses.
- Planning & implementing promotional plans for both the online & offline vertical.
