About our Client - Our client is a large Indian Pharmaceutical Conglomerate with export Operations in over 40 countries. To support their growth of launching a new CRAMS business they are recruiting for Ahmadabad.

Job Description - Reporting into the Executive Director and COO who is also a member of the Board your responsibilities will be:

- Driving short and long term business strategy for all the four SBUs, API Services, Formulations Services and API generics, CRAMS business

- Critically evaluate various businesses carry out in-depth SWOT analysis, propose course corrections in the business strategy, offerings, portfolio etc, aligned to the industry trends and growth areas

- Continuously carry out a detailed SWOT analysis for the CRAMS market and ensure business strategy remains aligned to the emerging trends

- Supporting BD team in developing account plans and territory and 3 month rolling plan

- Identifying opportunities and drive strategic initiatives across sites and business for the CRAMS division

The Successful Candidate - You must be a BE in Chemistry/Pharmacy plus an MBA from a tier 1 institute having handled the CRAMS space at a strategic level. You have 15-20 years of rich experience in the Pharmaceutical industry coupled with significant exposure in B2B sales. You have deep understanding about the CRAMS business and its market trends. You have strong communication and inter-personal skills, ability to work under pressure and ambiguity and are hardworking, diligent, self- starter, quick learner.
