An American Brokerage Firm in their search for a COO. The individual will be responsible for coordinating the various project operations and will be based out of their Mumbai office. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented Business Manager, with strong knowledge and experience of the brokerage market, to develop their career in a highly reputable and ambitious financial institution.  Key Responsibilities:  - Assist in the creation of strategy to meet the business objectives  - Oversee the operations and activity of staff within the team  - Establish KPIs and other performance indicators relevant to the existing and expanding business  - Perform regular performance assessments and evaluations, to ensure the business is on target to meet its objectives  - Review the current project portfolio against the strategy of the organisation, reviewing as necessary  - Lead the ongoing implementation of projects across the business, offering guidance and advices where required  - Review the continued operational performance of the business, setting the change agenda to optimise performance  - Liaise with senior stakeholders to provide clear and regular updates on the performance and progress of the business  Person Specification:  - Educated to degree level  - Previous experience in a project / programme / business manager position  - Must have a good knowledge of the brokerage market  - Strong experience in building a business within a fixed location  - Excellent time management and organisational skills  - Strong communicator
