We are looking at a Self Starter, dynamic & aggressive leader with risk taking ability & Entrepreneurial skills for a startup organisation in the Insurance & Financial product industry. The product portfolio will be mainly Insurance & Financial products which will be sold across different channels viz E-Commerce, Direct Sales, Tele Marketing, DSA etc.   The Chief Operations Officer (COO) shall be responsible to provide both operational and programmatic support to the organization. The COO will supervise the overall operations and will be the chief executive representing for the organization. The COO will reports directly to the MD and parallel to Board of Directors. He will directly assist MD on all strategic and tactical matters as they relate to budget management, cost benefit analysis, forecasting needs and the securing of new business alliances. He will be responsible for building this organisation from scratch & running the operation with a P&L responsibility.  Experience:  Should be a Business Head, National Sales Head of mid size organization.   10-12 years of management experience with the day-to-day operations of an organization midsize company from ecommerce/ Insurance/ Banking/ industry.   Candidate's ideal age would be below 45 years.  People with prior start-up companies experience would be preferred.
