Prototyze is an incubator with a difference. We are not a fund that invests in ventures nor are we an accelerator that hosts start-ups for a few weeks. Rather, we are a venture builder, wherein we do everything from investing or facilitating capital, to providing infrastructure, to expanding venture teams, to helping build products, to providing services including finance and legal. These are companies born out of our ideas and we are committed to them from conception to success.  Investors in these companies include prominent individuals such as Sanjay Nayar, India CEO of KKR; Gopal Srinivasan, chairman of TVS Capital; Mahesh Murthy, B.S. Nagesh, vice chairman and former CEO of Shoppers Stop; R. Ramaraj, former CEO of Sify, advisor to Sequoia, founder Chennai Angels; Siddharth Parekh, founder of private equity firm Paragon Ventures. Institutional investors include Medi Assist that has invested $1.5 million in Mobiefit; K2 Investors a Hong Kong based private equity firm and EpiMoney Ventures.  In the last two years, Prototyze has conceptualized five companies:   Mobiefit (http:// www.mobiefit.com/),   Seynse (http:// www.seynse.com/) OR (https://www.loansingh.com/#/),   TempoGo (http:// www.tempogo.com/),   HandyTrain (http:// www.handytrain.com/) and   Monde Art (http://www.mondeart.com/),   and is looking to expand this set further in the coming months. For our ventures, we are looking at leaders across levels & domains.   Expectations  1. Build a venture team from scratch to get in experienced professionals in the technology, product, design, operations and sales space  2. Define venture milestones for the short- to long-term and achieve those milestones, and ensure a product market fit  3. Work out revenue channels and product integrations to ensure regular income  4. Strike alliances with corporate customers and other companies as a method to increase customer base and revenue  5. Work out customer acquisition strategies in a lean capital mode  6. Be the face of the company to existing investors and potential venture capital firms  7. Take responsibility for getting in the next round of funding from seed funding to Series A and thereafter  8. Should have the ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment (open office, no separate cubicles, flat travel policies with economy class travel and no five star stays, a hands-on, do-it-yourself culture, etc) and display a similar entrepreneurial trait  Experience  1. Minimum 8+ years of experience, with work on B2B SaaS products  2. Lead a multi-disciplinary team  3. Well versed with the digital economy and the start-up world; preferably should have worked with a start-up or started one of his/her own, or a consulting firm that specializes in that particular domain  4. Strong network with the VC firms, and preferably raised at least a seed round, if not a Series A  Elvis Colaco
