Position Description: Chief Operating Officer of leading Auto Dealership group with operations in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana  Location: Hyderabad   Reporting to: CEO  Key Responsibilities:   - The COO is responsible to establish a business excellence model in processes, productivity and profitability across Lines of Businesses & dealerships.   - The COO will put in place a robust performance planning, tracking, review and correction mechanism to improve business outcomes location wise, unit wise, Line of Business wise, model wise, activity wise and employee wise.   - He is accountable for statutory & process compliances and expected to support the CEO in developing strategy to achieve the targets for volumes, market share, customer acquisition, Customer retention, Customer contribution, employee productivity, service quality and profit.   - He should transform functional managers into Profit Center Heads and establish a performance driven culture in the organization.  - He would monitor and ensure implementation of SOPs and new initiatives, analyze the performance variances, identify the gaps, initiate corrective measures and improve performance outcomes.   - He would empower the management team and involve them in the key business decisions.  - He will maintain excellent working relationship with the team, foster internal competition, recognize and reward the performers. He will optimize working capital by effectively managing inventory and receivables.  - He would also identify the risks, analyze its impact in terms of frequency and intensity and establish risk mitigation/minimization measures.  - He would mentor, train and monitor the team members.  Requisites:   - The candidate should be in the age group of 30 to 35 with an MBA from top business school with 5 to 10 years of experience of which at least 3 years in a senior management position.   - Engineer with MBA will be preferred.   - Should have experience in leading teams in services sector with a high level of written and oral communication & presentation skills.  Compensation:   - CTC will have both fixed and variable components that would be commensurate with the qualification, experience and profile.   - Compensation will not be a limiting factor for deserving candidates.
