We are hiring for the position of Chief Operating Officer for world class ART (assisted Reproductive Technology) at New Delhi.

The Company we are hiring for is a portfolio Company for a leading private equity firm.

Company: The candidate will be hired by our client (a leading PE firm based out of Mumbai) and seconded to the portfolio company.

Position: Chief Operating Officer

Location: Delhi

Experience: more than 15 years of experience and currently holding senior management roles

Qualifications: MBA in Marketing/Operations, equivalent Post graduation degree.

CTC: Industry standards (Please depend on my verbal communication in addition to this)

Brief Company summary:

The company's mission is to build a platform to provide world class ART (assisted Reproductive Technology) services across India and expand overseas in the near future, by building partnerships with prominent doctors in India and abroad. The company will be headquartered at Delhi. The Company is in the process of on-boarding key management personnel to run the organization. The management team would consist of Executive directors of the board, CEO, CFO, CMO and COO. The Management will be operating out of the headquarters.

This is not a regular process of hiring since we are dealing with an entrepreneurial environment. We need experienced candidates who are willing to work in a start-up environment and build organizations from scratch.
