During the last one year, it has launched 5 new products and is focusing on launching another 5 products this year. In the next five years, we plan to be present across India's horticultural geographies and clock turnover of 1000+ crores. Position Description, experience and Age Criterion :

- The position requires a quick thinking, dynamic, energetic individual who excels in operations and loves to manage uncertainties . An ideal candidate should love start ups and should be passionate to join a team which is building exciting agricultural machineries having Indian and International appeal.

- The current position will have an end to end P&L responsibility and will directly report to CEO. COO is expected to devote 70% of his efforts for improving topline which is growing 3X to 4X every year. The position will also oversee, direct, and organize the work of the entire operations and partner with all departments to develop integrated processes that support excellent customer service. This includes Sales and Marketing, Finance, Manufacturing and New Product Development and Commercial Operations.

- The candidate should be effective and excellent at people and process management and should be able to develop the entire organization as a strong team that would enable the achievement of organizational goals and objectives.

- He should be abreast with key business trends / market opportunities across geographies to ensure that MITRA expands to all major geographies in next one year.

- 4-5 years of startup experience is a must out of a total managerial experience of not more than 15 -17 years. The ideal age for the candidate should not be more than 45 years. The candidate should have an experience of leading large sales force and distribution across India.

- An Ideal candidate should be an MBA from a Top Tier Business School in the country.

- Compensation : Above market standards. Compensation is a not a limiting factor for deserving candidate
