CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER -Top MNC Advertising Agency  RESPONSIBILITIES:  - Direct the development and installation of procedures and controls, to promote communication and adequate information flow, and thereby solidify management control and direction of the agency.  - Develop and establish operating policies consistent with the CEO’s broad policies and objectives and insures their adequate execution.   - Appraise and evaluate the results of overall operations regularly and systematically, and reports these results to the CEO  - Be responsible for new business development including identifying opportunities, leading the key business development initiatives and ensure that the new business development targets of the agency are met.  - Be responsible for overseeing the client servicing function to ensure that the agency's annual revenue targets are met.  - Act as an interface between client servicing, strategic planning and creative functions to ensure that the agency creative and planning standards are consistently maintained and improved as required.  - Manage the cash flow of the agency.  Desired Profile:  - Age: Not over 45 years at the time of joining the agency  - Qualification: Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing or Advertising or Mass Communication from a reputed institute would be preferred .  - Experience: Must have at least 20 years of continuous work experience with minimum of 2 years or more in leading an agency or a branch .  - New Business Development Track Record: Should have a proven track record of developing sustainable new business of not less than INR 100 Lacs per annum on consistent basis.  - Category Exposure: Candidates with exposure on white goods, cars, two-wheelers and FMCG would be preferred.  - Multi-National Work experience: Candidates with experience in handling MNC business will be preferred.  - Should have a proven track record in balancing servicing, planning and creative functions.  - To participate in the development and preparation of short-term and long-range plans and budgets based upon broad organization goals and objectives and recommend their adoption to the Chief Executive Officer.
