Chief of Staff - Consumer Tech Organisation - IIM/NITIE/XLRI/MDI/SP Jain/FMS

Looking for folks from Premier B-schools (IIMs/XLRI/NITIE/SPJ)- Post MBA work-experience of 7-10 Years. preferably having work with one of the top-notch strategy premier consulting firms (Mck, BCG, ATK, Bain)

NOTE: Pls apply ONLY if you have B2C Experience (Line/Consulting, but has to be in the area of Sales/marketing and not in the back end processes or supply chain) and so far had a Stable Career.

What will the role entail-

Strategic Partner to a C-Level executive with exceptional people and organizational skills who can perform all tasks that may not fit into the purview of the existing DRs and department heads Key pivots:

- Handling organizational dynamics and complex activities

- Allow C level executive to focus on the activities that only s/he can do

- Add complementary skills and bandwidth

- Represent the C-level executive in his absence

- Premier B-school graduate with 7+ years of Program and Project Management experience

- Strategy Consulting experience with leading consulting firms like McKinsey, BCG, Bain will help. Other consulting firm candidates please apply- highlighting your strategy development and implementation experience.

- Experience in strategic planning roles, executing B2C projects in industries such as FMCG is a plus. Interest in technology, consumer technology, consumer marketing will help, not critical.

- Very strong on business operations fundamentals, conceptual thought process

- Ability to translate strategies into execution plans and drive them to completion

- Proven experience leading cross-functional projects; very strong in influencing & driving change

- Ability to think and react in a high-energy environment

- Good organizational skills

- Passion to architect and experiment with new ideas; ability to think through these pilots/initiatives and deliver clear outcomes
