Role: Chief Marketing Officer(CMO)
Team : 17 members and counting.
- Responsible for planning, executing and overseeing business development, business growth, marketing and sales initiatives within organisation across 4 cities (Kolkata, Bangalore, Pune and Hyderabad )and later in PAN India basis.
- Works to develop areas such as Affiliation management, Sales management, Product development, Channel development, Marketing communications, including advertising and promotions and market research.
Primary responsibilities :
- Broad base the business affiliations across sectors such as F&B, Health care, wellness, Education etc.
- Set up sales channels through corporates and b2b channel partners.
- Increase revenue generation and profitability.
- Prepare overall marketing strategy.
- Develop programs for b2b and b2c engagements.
- Implement and manage marketing budget.
- Leverage data and analytics to drive insights.
- Modify or redirect business intelligence strategy.
- Oversee and direct the efforts of the marketing team.
- Develop segmentation, competitive analysis/market intelligence, prospecting, lead generation, product and market development, pricing, promotions, communications and budgets, sales force effectiveness, strategic planning, services units and revenue retention and growth.
- Measure and maintain key metrics around the business including user acquisition, conversion rates, engagement rates, satisfaction and renewal rates.
Preferred skills and experience :
- Should be high in networking skills.
- Should have worked in dynamic business environment preferably in start up and/or being important part of companies at high growth stages.
