Job Description:
Reporting to the Managing Director the key responsibilities would be:
- Overseeing marketing initiatives within the organization
- Directing the marketing team
- Preparing the overall marketing strategy and managing the marketing and sales budget
- Developing areas such as sales management, product development, marketing communications, including advertising and promotions, pricing, market research, and customer service.
- Developing key metrics around the business and leveraging data and analytics to drive insights Implementing risk mitigation strategies
- Developing segmentation, competitive analysis/market intelligence, prospecting, lead generation, product and market development, pricing, promotions, communications and budgets, sales force effectiveness, strategic planning, services units and revenue retention and growth.
- Modifying or redirecting business intelligence strategy.
- Implementing and managing marketing and sales budget Creating roadmap for promotion of New Tests and Technologies.
The Successful Candidate:
- Any Graduate with Post Graduate or Masters Degree in Marketing Management
- Minimum 10 years experience in Marketing and Branding from the healthcare industry B2C marketing experience would be ideal
- Knowledge of Conventional and Modern day Strategies of Marketing
- Knowledge of Sales Planning and Budgeting
- Should possess excellent Leadership skills
- Expertise in handling Sales and Marketing of multiple Business Units spread across India
- Ability to envisage better and newer avenues for Promotions Experience of Brand Building.
