We had been mandated by our client who are currently in the bracket of Rs.2000 crores turnover to look for a Chief Marketing Officer - this is a new position  As a CMO you should be from a hardcore FMCG company, currently in the Marketing Director or VP marketing Position with not less than 14-20 years exp in the FMCG industry   Age Not More Than 48 Yrs.  Today The Role Of CMO Is Changing : Winds Of Change  - Changing to reflect new consumer buying behavior  - CMOs will have to develop partners and capabilities to tap into high-quality local sources of customer information.  - Shaping the company's public profile.  - Managing complexity  - Building New marketing Capabilities  Strong experience in FMCG industry Must Have Talents :   - Experience developing high level marketing and brand strategy in line with the strategic vision of the organization.   - A visionary with a deep understanding of traditional and innovative marketing strategies and a proven track record of creating campaigns and initiatives that will drive and increase fundraising revenue.   - An executive who understands the importance of aligning the organization internally around the brand and marketing objectives. A marketing leader with the vision to seek out new promotional avenues to program objectives.   - Other Roles are, marketing objectives, marketing strategies, brand strategy, branding building.  - CMO regularly interceded in pricing and at times even chose to optimize it within a specific region in order to maintain critical price relationships among the various channels, brands, and regions.  Last but not the least - you current CTC must not less than Rs.1.20 crores PA.
