Chief Marketing Officer - FMCG (12-15 yrs)
We are looking for a Chief Marketing Officer for a large corporate house to be based out of Mumbai.
- Responsible for brand planning, development and implementation of marketing activities including positioning, communications. Has to be a great team player and the ability to work with a wide cross -section of people across business, content verticals.
- Design strategies for the group, its network & increasing the brand salience in the most efficient and effective manner - Plan and implement the marketing mix across all products - Use research insights, consumption and shopping behavior - translate them into an achievable roadmap/action plan.
- Develop, coordinate and oversee programs, technical assistance and resource materials to assist chapters in the marketing, communications and positioning of their activities
- Directs the efforts of marketing staff and coordinates at strategic and tactical levels with the other functions of the Organization. Ability to measure performance via consumer analytic s and improve results.
- The candidate needs to have considerable attention to developing and executing all forms of brand communication and oversee operations of marketing and brand communication activities.
- Responsible for the achievement of marketing/communications/public relations mission, goals and organizational objectives.

Education: B Tech /MBA from Leading Schools
