We are looking a Chief Marketing Office with deep roots in the online/e-commerce space to join one of our clients in Hyderabad.   The CMO will determine, lead, and achieve the growth required to make us a national company - starting with our audience in Hyderabad.  Key Responsibilities:  - Strategize and head digital & ground marketing at a national level.  - Design and implement referral and word-of-mouth strategies.  - Work closely with sales figures to calculate the CPA for different channels of acquisition and identify massively scalable marketing channels.  - Build and train an in-house marketing team.  - Work with agencies for social, PR, and other activities.  Skills:  - Critical thinking ability for high level planning, analyzing and problem solving.  - Thrive within an entrepreneurial culture and ideally have previously guided a start-up through the growth curve.  - Create, manage, coordinate and execute data-informed marketing strategies and implement tactical plans.  Own the customer life-cycle including:  - Acquisition  - Retention  - Engagement/Re-Engagement  - Affiliates  - Promotions  - Bonusing  - Own all processes and systems related to marketing productivity, reporting and analytics.  - Determine and integrate necessary tools, partner with product and engineering teams to develop necessary internal tools.  - MBA with a tech background preferred.  - Candidates from eCommerce startups will be preferred
