JD:  1) Will be responsible for ATL & BTL both for Outdoor & Indoor B2B.  2) Consumer Product Experience  3) Having experience in Handling Media  Expertise Needed:  Business Management:  - Ownership of the P&L, Sales Target, Market share Target, Spends and Profitability.  Brand Management:  - Ownership of the Brand and corporate sales goals through short-term and long-term activities.  - Developing business plans, analysis and execution for the achievement of the same within budgets.  Strategic Planning, Research & Consumer Insights:  - Developing the Brand World through proper consumer, category & competitive understanding.  - Planning for short term and long term organizational goals from the sales & marketing perspective and delivering on them within budget and timelines.  - Identifying relevant consumer benefits through various Insights Mining tools and converting them into actionable product brief for the R&D/P&D Team.   - Experience in major Brand launches and repositioning.   Advertising and communication development:  - Developing Brand and Product communications through sharp focus on target audience, relevant consumer Insight and single-minded proposition.  - A 360 degrees approach on the implementation of the same.  Media Planning + Buying, Retail, Events & PR:  - Handling appropriate media selection for various campaigns and innovations in each thereafter.  - Media buying and negotiations for media properties and long term investment deals.  - Events, Activations, Press Conferences, Demo, Retail, PR Planning.
