Start up exposure will be an added advantage.  Role :  - Work closely with the management to implement   - Brand proposition build-out   - New concept pitches/ New product marketing   - Market entry strategies and support (jointly)   - Partner programs co-management and collaterals   - Investor relations/ Planning   - Collaterals - website, marketing collateral, style book etc   - Advertising, public relations and communications   - Digital strategy, analytics and MIS   - Events, sponsorships, interfaces with industry bodies   - Client Advisory Council   Person:   - MBA with 12-15 years experience in marketing from similar/ adjacent industries   - Execution oriented marketing professional, ability to get hands dirty and get directly involved   - B2B (primary) and B2C (secondary) experience   - Business centric (not just creative focused)   - Ability to deal with multiple stakeholders - internal and external   - Structured MNC + start up experience would be ideal   - Innovative and entrepreneurial thinking   - Ability to deal with multiple nationalities and cultures   - Proven skills with product launches and brand build-out  Lijy Ronnie Elixir Consultant
