Chief manager HR/Senior Manager HR - west zone  Mumbai- Andheri East  BFSI  Business Partner Role  Goa-Pune-Indore-MP-CG  4 - onroll / 4 off role  Reporting to- Zonal VP -HR  JD:-  Employee Engagement/Relations:-  Serving as a single HR Relationship point for the employees in the assigned business units and managing the entire employee life cycle  Providing an enabling workplace/climate by effective and timely resolution of employee grievances and ensuring compliance to various policies & guidelines  Conducting various engagement activities and special events   Recruitment  Partner with business for workforce planning & talent management  Responsible for recruitment & on boarding of various critical positions through multiple recruitment channels  Performance Management System  Executing yearly Performance Management System and processes  Partner with leaders for the annual pay process related key decisions (example PIP cases) and talent development  Retention/Exit Management  Conducting the Exit Interviews & other separation formalities of the resigned employees  Exit analysis & partner with business to retain good talent  Corporate Training  Partner with business & conceptualize the Training Framework & Annually Training Plans  Responsible for measuring the Training Impact (Level 1, Level 2 & Level 3 evaluation)  Other Projects Handled:  Rolled out the SKIP LEVEL intervention for the assigned units  Designed & rolled out .The Rewards & Recognition program for the assigned Business Unit  Lead with Passion (Leadership training intervention) for Senior & Middle Management  Conceptualized & prepared the First ever Online Certification Course
