The role involves participating/leading diverse digital projects of organizational importance as a part of the Digital CoE. The position requires the incumbent to work on creating & implementing Mobility & Web based applications for customers, employees, Agent Advisors & channel partners across customer journeys including acquisition & on-boarding, renewals, servicing and claims. It requires the incumbent to be deeply entrenched in the fulfillment space (underwriting, policy issuance, servicing etc.) in order to achieve the following:  - Execute cross-functional digital projects with a bias towards fulfillment  - Problem solve for issues that may emerge in the fulfillment space in course of a cross-functional digital project  - Identify high customer impact processes within fulfillment and transform them via digital  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES  - Working closely with Functional management teams and relevant stakeholders to develop an integrated approach towards identifying, prioritizing and developing short, medium and long term digital opportunities. The incumbent will also be responsible for process streamlining and cost reduction initiatives  - Formulate strategic options, evaluate selected options and make recommendations on decisions involving investments to senior management along with program leaders  - Bring an outside in perspective to the business problem. Use networks within and outside of the industry to learn best practices and evaluate how they can be used and applied to Max Life's business problems.  - Be an integral part of the digital strategy team by liaising with functional leaders in Operations and senior management team; work as the key link between Chief Digital Officer, Chief Operations Officer and Head of Operations to ensure symmetry of information and alignment for digital initiatives  - Conceptualize the modules requirements, design and necessary documentation.  - Coordinate screen designs with design agency, IT vendor and co-ordinate development with internal IT team & Vendor  - Analysis of usage reports and drive customer / seller adoption of Digital platforms  Key Relationships (Internal /External)  - Functional Leaders & Strategy team  - Operations / QC team  - Marketing / BIU team  - IT Team and Vendor  - Sales teams at HO and field & Agent Advisors  Key competencies/skills required  - Excellent strategic ability and analytical skills  - Ability to develop, test and validate hypotheses. Should be competent at analyzing both quantitative and qualitative data.  - Communicate complicated matters in a simple, structured way to senior management  - Proven entrepreneurial mindset with strong operational excellence  - Must have a sound knowledge of the various business opportunities available in the market   - Should have understanding of the business and economic dynamics of building businesses in India  - We will value candidates with the ability to influence key stakeholders and operational owners through well articulated strategies backed up with metric driven value statements.
