Job Description :   Objective:  Responsible to design & develop operation's process for Bharat bank's asset business. Ensure detailed documentation, process monitoring and adherence. Partner with the technology team for efficient and effective implementation along with staff training.  Key Responsibilities  - The candidate will be key from the operations perspective for designing the processes related to rural business   - The person will be responsible for:-  Interacting with various stakeholders for finalization of processes including detailing the SOP's along with BCP / DR   Participate in the technology related testing for operations  Managing the training on the detailed processes and system to the operations team including branch operations   Building in controls for operations related activities   Monitoring and tracking the operations activities like productivity, TAT etc  Managing the central processes related to document verification, PDC, ECS, safe keeping of files and reconciliations  Managing the vendors and planning the staffing for future volumes   Handling the customer and internal queries related to operations   An Ideal Candidate should possess:  - The candidate should have handled central operations role with at least 2 years in rural / agri / individual lending business.   - The person should have full understanding of rural business including asset operations.   - Should have worked on process documentations at length   - The person should be good at training the team on system usage as well as processes   - The person should be proactive, team member and self-motivated requiring minimum supervision   - Should be well versed with regulatory requirements   - Person with certification in TQM/ Six Sigma / TQM, Kaizen with implementation will be preferred   Kindly share your updated resume with following details:  1) Current Organisation -   2) Current Designation and Role -   3) Total Exp -   4) Qualification -   5) Current Salary (Also mentioned Fixed+Variable) -   6) Expected Salary-  7) Present Location -   8) Joining Time -   9) Reason for Change -   Reshma STEPS
