Hiring Chief Manager- Account

Client : 6500 Crore Turnover with 18 Manufacturing plant all over globe

Position : Chief Manager - Accounts

Qualification : Qualified CA with ORACLE ( 11i or 12i) is mandate ( Minimum 3 Years Hands on Experience)

Experience : Minimum 10 Year (Manufacturing back ground only)

Gender : Only male candidate Required

Language : Tamil or Telugu lingual would be preferred.

Age Criteria : Not more than 42 Years

Looking from manufacturing Industry or who capable enough to handle or understand Plant accounting .

Principal Accountability & Responsibilities :

- Control Point,Proper Maintenance of Books of Accounts of TTB-M & WPP Periodic Review of Books of Accounts to ensure Compliance with Accounting Standards and Delegation Of Powers Releasing of flash by 3rd working day of Every month

- Robust Management Information System - Reviewing of the timeliness and accuracy of Key flash, with proper variances, Cost of Conversion statement and Working Capital Report. Releasing of WCR by 3rd working day of Every month .

- Annual Budget-Review of the budget docket and Management folder, with all the details, schedules and variances. Before Due dates of Phase 1, 2 and 3

- Compliance to Direct taxes- Reviewing VAT /CST /WCT and TDS/TCS payments and E-returns.Payment before due date and filing before e-return before the due date

- Statutory audit and Tax audit

- Reviewing the Financial statements to ensure meeting the legal requirements as per the time frame set by Corporate

- Finance Submission of reports & financials before the due date for the Quarterly/ Annual / 9 month Audit.

Funds Management :

- Review forex exposure and weekly borrowings. Maintenance of Cash and Bank balance to the minimum level.

- Ensuring that the funds are available for the working capital and salary payments.

- Daily check the minimum bank balance

Cost Audit & Anti-dumping duty :

- Review of cost audit workings and ensuring that workings for anti-dumping duty representations are made as per the requirements. Before the 180 days of the financial year

- Effective Capex Monitoring system

- Review of cost, time frame, Cost and Time overruns, Capex Completion report,

- Capitalization and Self Review Reports.

- No of self-review reports Submitted on time

- Elimination of Internal audit non-conformists Review of adherence to D.O.P and applicable Laws and review of implementation schedule for existing non-conformities. Number of audit non Conformances

- Insurance Negotiation with Insurance companies for rate finalization for Medical Insurance of the Employees. Submission of monthly declaration and Renewal of Marine and Stock Policies. Reduction in insurance cost.

Decision Making Boundaries :

- Approval of payments / signing of cheques as per DOP.

- Payment / Filing of returns w.r.t Direct / Indirect Taxes

- Correspondence with Provident Fund / ESI / Insurance / Other Government departments ( reply to the questioners)

- Approval of Journal Vouchers in Oracle.
