Conceptualizing and Designing, experimenting, piloting interventions in the area of Employee communication & engagement, Diversity, wellness /enrich Lives
Deeply understanding the Business challenges to recommend / support customized solution
Responsible for Operational & Developmental HR and OD, Change Management and Retention, Career Management and PMS, L & D at Line of Business level.
Led various Large scale Change Management initiatives
