In brief the below critical Policy Servicing which needs to be handled  - All Policies Payouts (Like Surrender, CFI, Maturity / Survival benefit, Foreclosure)  - Company Renewal collections	  - UL Transactions (Like Fund Switch, Top Up)  - Policy Level Alterations	  - Policy Revival  - Internal Risk & Quality Team and Helpdesk  - Handle all Legal and Compliance matters for all Policy Servicing matters and ensure zero non-compliance.  - Handle all Financial, Process and Compliance Risk of the Department   - Ensure completion of all projects as per the Project timelines and ensure the quality of the projects undertaken.  - Drive Process improvements on a continual basis.  - Preparation the budgets for all the Departments.  - Ensure ISO compliance for the all the function  - Ensure the department cost is within budget.  - Handle Outsourced Vendors  Working Relationships and Contacts:  (Outline the important relationships that the jobholder must maintain, and the sort of issues on which that jobholder must communicate within these relationships)  - Legal and Compliance Team for the L&C matters  - Marketing Team for the New Products Setup and amendments.  - With Sales function for Policy Servicing related matters  - With New Business team for New Business Conversion, Fund Transfer related matter.  - Branch Operations team for all Customer related servicing matters and joint projects. Like think Green, Stale Chq reduction, COE collection from customer, etc   - CPC Project Team and IT Project team for all the projects undertaken.  - Actuarial Team for all products F&U / Product Specs clarity, IRDA regulations clarity.  - Accounts and Accounts Payable Team for all Customer related Payouts, various Taxes related matters, Statutory Audits, etc.   - Legal Team for the Legal cases filed against us at various Courts and all legal payouts.  - IT support team for the system level issues / bugs faced.  - Customer Service team for all customer related communication and issues raised at the call center team  - CSD Team for the customer complaints  - CPC Despatch team for all Policy Doc, Cheque and Letters despatch activity.
