One of India's leading downstream logistics group, engaged extensively in Liquid POL products, Liquefied Petroleum Gases (LPG), Petrochemical and Chemicals, serving the Oil, Petrochemical and Gas Industry

The group owns and operates a large integrated bulk Liquid Terminal cum LPG Terminal at the ports of Mumbai and Kochi, as well as a pressurised LPG Storage Terminal at Pipava Port; clocking a cumulative ca. 2 MTPA

About the role:

Job Description :

- Represent and advise the company in legal proceedings

- Advise the company on laws and regulations related to company's business

- Coordinate with legal firms appointed for cases

- Drafting, scrutinizing various legal documents/ agreements

Specific Competencies :

- Thorough knowledge of Corporate Laws

- Knowledge of criminal laws related to Corporate/ Business

- Knowledge of Environmental / Tax Laws

- Good Interpersonal skills, communication, management skills

General :

Position : Senior position in the legal team (reporting to the CFO)

Qualifications : LLB/ LLM (with B.Com preferred)

Experience : 12 to 15 years of PQE in mid-sized logistics or industrials (chemicals, cement etc.) companies
