Chief Manager - L&D/Talent Management - BFSI (10-13 yrs)
Currently working on a Head- L& D role for a financial services organization, based in Mumbai.
Looking for professionals from Financial Services Only.
To manage the end-to-end learning & development processes including:
Learning Need Identification:
- Designing a stakeholder dialogue process that is robust and relevant to the business
- Working with business leaders and managers to identify training needs and trends within the business
Intervention Design and Delivery:
- Designing solutions which include a blended approach to learning such as coaching, classroom training, 1-2-1 sessions & action learning.
- Enabling delivering of these solutions and training sessions
- Building internal capability to deliver through TTTs / coaching etc
Building Process Efficiency:
- Ensuring hygiene - e.g., effective capacity utilization, calendar adherence, % coverage, etc
- Managing costs
- Developing effective measurement and tracking tools
