Roles & Responsibilities:
- Development & Nurturing of Brokers- network in different cities (Tier-I & Tier-II)
- Market Intelligence & Market Information Collation
- Study of Property Collateral document & visit of location of subject property
- Property Portfolio Analysis of borrower
- Arriving at Valuation & assessment of salability of collateral properties
- Facilitation in Mortgage & security creation
- Preparation of marketing docket / market communication in the event of recovery/sale
- Understanding legal angles for sale of mortgaged properties in case of recovery
- Interaction / co-ordination with all property consultants
- Relationship management with IPCs/Local Brokers
- Enquiry generation / customer acquisition & Deal Sourcing & Finalization
- Finalisation of Deal Structure, Negotiation, Reporting, Term Sheet approval & ensure completion of transaction
- Customer Relationship management
- Good contacts already for All India land/commercial office sale, Tenant sourcing & follow up with consultants / customers etc.
- Assuring agreement signing & compliance / renewal
- Collection of Sale proceed, SD & Rental etc.
Key Competencies:
- Good networked in real estate broking, Investor & developer community all India
- Good Experience in recovery/monetization of properties under security
- Knowledge about legal nuances in liquidating mortgaged properties
- Experience in saling big chunk of land parcels
- Proposal making skill
- Deal structuring & finalization skill
- Negotiation skill / contract finalization skill
- Enquiry generation skill
- Collection skill
- Key account management skill
- Having 10-15 years experience in sale/recovery of Properties in Real Estate/ Banking
Years of Experience:
10-15 years of Sales, marketing experience in different properties with special focus on Land valuation & sale
