Vacancy for Chief Manager- HR position with one of the India's oldest business house

We are looking for candidates with strong HR operation experience and strategic mind set.

Recruitment :

- Responsible for manpower planning, recruitment and selection of all lateral/entry level candidates across levels.

- Established relationships with recruitment consultants across the country.

- Responsible for manpower budget management, MIS & Reporting, Trend Analysis for hiring & attrition.

- Creation, implementation and communication of recruitment policies and procedures.

- Redesigning the internal job referral scheme.

- Heading the Campus hiring program.

- Responsible for cost effective resource deployment,

Cost & Productivity :

- Involved in Vendor Development and Negotiation on Contracts

- Monitoring and controlling cost per hire.

- Designed and developed a manning model ( helps in knowing how many employees are required in each store, based on sales, area and business hours).

Performance Management & Competency Mapping :

- Define KRA's, KPI's and scale of measurement.

- Performance appraisals to revise the employee compensation and benefits.

- Initiation of goal setting across all levels.

Employee Engagement :

- Ensuring prompt resolution of employee grievances to maintain cordial management- employee relations.

- Negotiating and amicably settling disputes and maintaining discipline & harmonious working environment across all employee levels.

- Ensuring proper communication which makes employees clear about their career growth path with the organization.

Payroll Management :

- Concepts, grades, departments & salary structure streamlining.

- Implementation of business based Payroll reports.

- Ensuring statutory compliance.

Training & Development :

- Implemented training matrix.

- Developed a career progression plan for all concepts.

- Planning and developing induction and On-job modules for each business.

- Ascertaining the specific training needs of employees and accordingly arranging training programs for improving learning curve.
