Ability to streamline complex processes and logistics would be a significant driver for the success of this role. This person needs to multitask and in a high demand environment- the entire campus hiring, all existing and new pre trained manpower programs and recruitments for RL HO which in itself would have quite significant nos. would rest on this persons shoulders.
Tactical decisions to continue or discontinue a prog., vendor finalization, prog. structure revamp, etc. are to be taken by this person. Hence ability to track and collate data and then interpreting it to arrive at meaningful decisions is an absolute must.
- Managing Campus hiring for the bank- collating requirements across functions, demand & supply analysis, grading of campuses, coordinate and hire
- Manage existing and identify new opportunities and partners for strategic throughput channels
- Would be responsible end to end for making the programs a success and maximizing throughput
- Measurable would be percentage of intake through these channels, cost saved and ROI for the bank, timely availability of manpower
- Bring down lead time between need identification and program launch- simplify and standardize processes and logistics
- Also responsible for Talent Acquisition for RL- Head Office
- Maintaining and handling hiring updates to share with business heads on regular basis
- Would also be involved in strategic projects depending upon requirement
