Job Description :

Looking for candidates only from NBFC, Financial Institution background only

Strong experience of the entire HR gamut.

Purely an HR Generalist role but less into operations.

Will be involved in activities like Talent Acquisition, Talent management, Employee Engagement activities etc.

Must have excellent networking skills with Business Heads & senior management.

Regularly coordinating with CEO's, stakeholders with respect to HR activities are concerned in the organization.

Must posses excellent Structuring abilities as well as good turn around time.

Good team handling abilities as well as soft skills.

We are looking for candidates from NBFC companies only especially from Institutional Equity business experience in HR domain are requested to apply for it.
