About our Client - Our client is a fully owned subsidiary of a multi-national auto group that produces and sells vehicles for the mass market under its own brand name. It was incorporated in Mumbai, recently. The group company is a well renowned brand across the globe and one of the top auto manufacturers. They have their own independent and exhaustive dealer network. They are looking for a Chief Manager Accounts & Finance who has a substantial background in MNC and handling high volume of transactions.
Job Description - While reporting into the CFO, your responsibilities would be to:
- Report directly to CFO and interact with other senior management
- Coordinate monthly closing process and supervise finalization of accounts
- Maintain accurate and detailed ledgers that comply with local statutory requirements
- Monitor regulatory compliance with accounting standards like IGAAP and IFRS and company procedures
- Work with both internal and external auditors during financial audits
- Execute taxation activities in tandem with external consultants and maintain compliance
- Preparation of reports through MIS and summarize companies financial position
The Successful Candidate - You are a CA with post qualification experience of 7+ years in an international setup. You have prior work experience in the manufacturing and trading background. The successful candidate will have rich experience of stat audits, handling high volume of transactions and financial systems. You also have excellent inter-personal and presentation skills.
