Chief Manager - Finance & Accounts

- Ensure that all the financial transactions are entered into the system on a daily basis.

- Review with concerned process owner.

- Review and validation of Monthly Financial Performance Report, working capital report.

- Review of expenditure details with the responsible process leaders.

- Review with Unit head, BCFO and Business head.

- Review and validation of product wise / style wise data, Allocation of expenditure.

- Review with Unit head, BCFO & Business head.

- Review and validation of budget. Coordinate with Process leaders for budget inputs.

- Budget discussion with ULT.

- Validation and recommendation of Capex plan in consultation with Process Leaders.

- Review of expenditure incurred under each Capex and monitor cost overrun and time overrun, if any.

- Ensure submission of capex completion reports and self-review reports

- Responsible for preparation of timely, accurate financial results (Profit and Loss account, balance sheets and schedules) which includes capitalization of assets, making provision for NPA and reporting extraordinary items.

- Plan and review cash flow.

- Review of creditors outstanding and debtors over dues. Follow up with Marketing for collections.

- Coordination with HO treasury for funds arrangement.

- Review of calendar items pertaining to statutory compliances - TDS,Service Tax,Excise,Customs and monthly online remittances, quarterly e-TDS filing.

- Preparing Task & Themes in line with Business Break Through directions and ensure implementation.

- Preparing KA budget for overheads, finance charges, and insurance.

- Review of Fixed Assets register in terms of all additions, deletions, transfers and depreciation rates are updated on timely basis.

- Review and check whether all assets are covered under general insurance policy.

Education: CA,or ICWA

Funds Handled: Funds handled in a year - 300 Cr Working Capital Managed - 60 Cr Total Turnover of Business - 235 Cr Profit Generated by Business (EBIDT) 15 Cr Gross Fixed assets - 115 crores

Team: Would be responsible for a team of 4 people.

Reporting: Head of Operations (Plant Head) and CFO (based at Corporate office)
