Chief Manager - Business Planning & Analysis (7-12 yrs)

We are looking for Business planners & researchers for one of the Largest and fastest Radio networks in Bhopal.

Position Purpose:-

To coordinate with Deputy Managing Director on the Business Planning & analysis on latest trends in Radio Division, technology IT & Manufacturing Business.

Job Responsibilities -

1. Periodic evaluation of product on various parameters including bench marking.

2. Research & Analysis on latest Trends in Radio Division across the industry

3. Coordinating plans for product improvement

4. Preparing detailed project plans to improve product.

5. Coordinating execution and monitoring progress against the plans.

6. Attending Meetings with Deputy Managing Director for the Business Planning of Radio Division.

7. Following up with different stake holders on points highlighted in meeting

8. Escalating problem areas to the appropriate levels for resolution.

9. Ensure adherence to timelines and costs wherever applicable.

10. Preparation and analysis of all MIS relating to product and on-going projects.

11. To run the complete management functions for the Deputy Managing Director for Radio Division including preparing agendas for the meetings, follow up and closure of actionable items with the relevant stake holders.

Qualification –

- MBA- Finance/ Marketing

Skills & Competency Required

- Outstanding Communication Skills & Interpersonal Skills

- Business Acumen

- Analytical Thinking

- Good at Coordination.

- Good at doing Primary & Secondary Research

- Idea about Financial Analysis

- Past experience - Business/Strategic Planning, MIS Management, Marketing operations (but not sales).

- Product planning and experience in new product

- High perseverance and good interpersonal skills are the prerequisites for the job.
