Antal hiring for a start up E Commerce portal in Ethnic Fashion wear.

Looking for Sr. Managers in operations with a bachelors degree from a reputed institution preferably in Marketing/Business Related discipline .

- An MBA degree would be desirable.

- Exposure in the E Commerce industry in Fashion/Clothing/Retail is preferred.

- 7-10 Years of Experience as a senior BD or operations Executive in the consumer internet industry with associated networks and associations which is vital for the success of the position.

- Hold ownership of the operational execution of the company, interacting with senior management and taking initiatives through functional and management information analysis.

- Responsible for monitoring market trends in order to provide continuous business improvement plans.

- Exceptional capacity to lead people, a team builder with the ability to learn their strengths and weakness to build an organization. Hire and Develop a strong productive workforce.

- Very strong interpersonal skills.

- Must be able to work under pressure in a fast based environment.
