Key Responsibilities:  - Identify specific process / system gaps in the assigned project   - Define the detailed turn around cycle plan - with improvement interventions and their time lines  - Document and lead the implementation plan to manage the turn around process, with clarity on accountabilities and stakeholders in the process  - Take responsibility for continuous review and improvement of the identified business processes;   - Develop standardized templates for data collection - for consolidating specific inputs on competition data points as well as own store data points from state / cities.  - Escalate issues that are roadblocks to implementation of process improvements   - Collaborate with local stake-holders and process owners to generate alternative plans of execution so that turn around implementations are as per time lines  - Guide field team members from time to time on completing the turn around tasks  - Track execution milestones and publish dashboards for status updates  - Develop audit parameters / audit processes to check for effectiveness of process and system improvements made - define frequency of audits  - Train field team to conduct turn around effectiveness audits  - Document opportunities for improvements and share with HO business leaders for next phase
