Chief Manager/AGM - Partnership Development & Procurement Specialist (3-10 yrs)

Currently we are hiring for Chief Manager/ AGM- Partnership Development (Procurement Specialist) for a Leading Conglomerate.
As discussed given below are the details
Designation: Chief Manager/ AGM- Partnership Development (Procurement Specialist)
Reporting to: Project Head/ AVP
Industry: Manufacturing
Education: MBA from a Premier B- School
Location: Vikhroli, Mumbai
Age: Not Above 35 years.
Work Experience: 3 to 7 yrs.
CTC: 10-25 LPA
Client : Leading Conglomerate
AGM : Partnership Development
Key Activities :
1. System / Sub-system development
- Identify and build suitable partnerships for system / sub-system development based on agreed client's design requirement
- Create system / sub-system concept options with partners
- Engineering details for chosen concept for required quantity, investments
- Prototype creation through outsourced partnership
- Support in setting up manufacturing facility to deliver quantities at targeted productivity and investments along with testing methods, benchmarking with identified partners
2. Productionizing and testing capabilities
- Identify and build suitable partnerships for manufacturing and supply chain to reach out offering to the clients
- Ability to assemble sub-systems to create a solution
- Build testing facility and processes to deliver desired performance levels
- Ability to create different systems using same setup as well as manpower involved in manufacturing
- Gearing up capabilities and then scale up capacities based on increase in demand of client's requirement.
3. Tool and Equipment realisation
- Develop tool and equipment partnership to realise clients offering
- Identify and partner tool makers in India and China which has capability to meet expected quality levels
- Get job-wise quotes, negotiate and freeze financial commitment for each of the systems under development
- Create timelines for each system tools development including iterations involved and review
- Based on the throughput, develop partnership with equipment manufacturers on lease / rental model
- Reach commercial understanding with Equipment manufacturers and signup contract
4. Service Delivery arrangement - Mandatory & Breakdown intervention
- Identify and build partnership for Service delivery support
- Identify and partner with Organization / Institute with pan India service delivery reach
- Document service level understanding with partner and sign up commercial contract
- Develop spares management process and its supply chain
- Training and handholding of core team on how to service
- Continuous monitoring and review of committed versus actual service levels
5. Drafting capabilities & legal understanding
- Drafting a contract / MOU with each partner and reaching an understanding on clearly defined deliverables within targeted cost / investment structures
- Working with Application development and client servicing teams - meet clients requirements in committed time
