CHIEF INTERNAL AUDITOR   We are looking candidates from Hardcore BANKING industry.  Position : Chief Internal Auditor / Chief Audit Officer  No. of Vacancies : 1  Location : Kabul, Afghanistan. (No traveling outside Kabul)  Education :   - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting, finance, Business Administration or other business related field.  - Professional certification such as CIA/CBA/CPA/CISA/CFE/ACCA is desirable.  - Professional audit Certification highly desirable.  Experience:   - 15 yrs years of progressively responsible experience in Public accounting firm or in Internal Audit at a Banking Industry .  - Having experience at Senior Auditor level and experience in auditing operation systems, database, Networks and other technological areas.   - Those holding additional qualifications like CISA/CIA, who can also work as System Auditor and with minimum 5 years Banking Experience in auditing the Head Office / Administrative offices will be given preference.   Duration : 3 years Contract (with 3 months of probationary period)  Industry Type : Commercial Bank  Functional Area : Internal Audit  Compensation:   A very competitive compensation package will be offered to the right candidate, with a 3 year contract. Competitive Benefits/ plus free furnished accommodation, free food and free transportation (pick and drop), passage to home twice in a year/CTC USD 65,000- 100,000.  Job Description: (but not limited to) :  He will be responsible for preparation and review of Audit Policy and Procedures, preparation of annual Risk based Audit programme in accordance with the functions and policies of the Bank, executing the annual audit plan and performing required audit of Head office Departments, Branches and special assignments and investigations, identification of risk areas and suggesting practical and workable recommendations, monitoring and reporting compliance with the Banks policies, procedures and regulatory requirements, monitoring the asset quality, risk management of various exposures, continuously assessing and evaluating performance, monitoring compliance with audit recommendation, establish appropriate accounting procedures, establish effective accounting and risk management controls for the bank, supervise compliance with such procedures and controls, and audit the bank’s accounts and records, monitoring compliance with the laws and regulations applicable to the bank and report to the Board of Supervisors thereon.   - He will also be responsible for capacity development of the staff of the Bank.   Desired Candidates profile:   - In depth knowledge of Financial and Operations Audit, Strong knowledge of Standard Audit Practices, Good Risk Management skills and experience, Excellent oral and written communication skills in English,  Contact : 0917 6666693 / 0938006759
