Chief Information Security Officer/IT Security Governance Head (15-24 yrs)
We have an immediate and a very exciting opportunity from one of our clients in India. Our client is one of India's TOP Multinational Organization and have interests in multiple business areas. They are working towards business excellence while catering to the needs of some of the most advanced countries in niche segments. They are in the league of Fortune 500 Organizations with a Turnover of over US$ 40 Billion
They are looking for a - Head IT Security- to join them ASAP. The position is based in Mumbai. It is a great opportunity for the Manager who has an urge to manage a fast growing multi-cultural organization which is structured and process oriented.
The incumbent will be overall responsible for leading the Information Security initiatives of the group. The incumbent will also be responsible for:
- Interacting with the Unit Infosec heads and helping create the Information Security Policy
- Develop, Implement & Audit Security Compliance Plans
- Advocate / Evangelise the Company's security vision
To qualify for these positions you should:
- Be an BE / BTech / ME / MTech / MCA from a reputed institution
- Have an MBA from a reputed Management Institution (Preferable)
- Have at least 15 to 24 years of experience in Total
- Have at least 3 years of experience in a Senior Management Position
- Have experience in working in a Large / Complex End-user organization
- Have at least 5 years of experience in IT Security & Information Security Areas
- Have experience in creating, evangelising & implementing Security strategies & Policies
- Have experience in Developing, Implementing and Auditing IS Governance & Compliance Programs
- Have very good communication experience
- Be ready to relocate to Mumbai or ready to relocate
