Chief Information Security Officer/Chief Technology Officer - General Insurance (15-20 yrs)
Job Description :
- Responsible for implementing ISO 27001 framework requirements for ensuring adequate security levels For branches across PAN India.
- Operation and Maintenance of the Information Security Management System.
- Implement tools and processes related compliance monitoring, governance and internal audits.
- Review and evaluate all security incidents as per the security incident management procedures.
- Evaluate the adequacy of security measures to protect organizational data & information assets.
- Need to drive, execute and govern the Information security program within the organization.
- Responsible for driving information security management systems initiatives that protects Company's interest.
- Develop, implement and enhance policy, information security policies, processes and procedure, Cyber Security Policy and risk management practices, in support to the business needs from time to time
- Identifying information security exposures, and mitigate the risk through policy, process, awareness and training for more effectively manage risks for the business
- Provide advice and support to management and information users in the implementation of Information and Cyber Security Policy
- Lead the information security initiatives with appropriate competencies and attitude to deliver the information security program, build team as necessary to achieve the objective
- Define and manage Security budgets
- Promote user awareness initiatives within the organization.
- Achieve the measures as defined
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Graduate/Post Graduate with 15 to 20 years of relevant experience in Information Security
- Hands on experience in driving Information Security across the Organisation
- Exceptional communication,inter-personal and analytical skill.
- Strong exposure of the General Insurance industry vertical
