Chief Information Officer - Online/Internet

Manage the entire technical team.

Work with core team on charting, execution and monitoring of key strategic direction of the company Estimating delivery dates for key features & technical goals.

Supervise scalable design, development and testing of the product.

Implementing processes that measurably improve productivity and quality.

Take action using data from retrospectives and other meta processes to further improve quality.

Manage & execute against project plans and delivery commitments within an Agile/ Scrum environment Mentoring members of engineering team to ensure professional development.

Manage vendors and track their deliverables.

Translate core team's vision into the technology platform.

Work with team members to define growth goals and ensure that they are achieved. Develop and grow a highly skilled team of engineers.

Generate actionable insights from the applications for other departments.

Maintain a positive team morale and cohesion.

Establishing governance processes of direction and control to ensure that objectives are achieved, risks are managed appropriately and the organization's resources are used responsibly.

Desired Profile:

Should have handled large teams (25+) in past and would be responsible for building & mentoring the engineering teams.

Good experience in leading web+mobile based product teams.

Startup experience is a bonus.
