CHRO - E Comm Logistics Services Provider- Delhi (15-20 years)

Reports to: (Co-Founder)

Stakeholders: Sales, Marketing, Service Delivery Team

Client details: Our client is a Delhi based e comm logistics services provider. It is promoted by the veterans of the Express Industry of India. This team has varied and rich experience of over 100 years in Indian Express Industry. The Company is formed for catering to the dynamic needs of electronic commerce industry which is growing by leaps and bounds.

Brief overview of the role-

The CHRO provides strategic leadership by articulating HR needs and plans to the executive management team, shareholders and the board of directors.

- He is responsible for leading, developing and executing HR strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization, specifically in the areas of succession planning, talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, training and development, and compensation.

Requirements :

- 15+ years of experience of leading HR in entrepreneurial and ambitious organizations with demonstrable success

Content Areas : Should have worked in strategic HR areas, including performance management, talent management, leadership development, M&A integration and rewards & recognition

- Substantial experience of managing large base of blue collar employees (delivery guys in the client's context) including compliance and legislation covering them and end to end management of the workforce

- Strategic thinking, analytical thinking, strong communication and planning skills

- An understanding of relevant legislation, policies and procedures

- Excellent supervisory, team building, counseling and negotiating skills

- Ability to deploy HR interventions to attract, retain & develop best in class talent

Competencies Required : Stakeholder management, functional expertise of HR, drive for results, and collaboration with all business groups.

PS : Interested in candidates with similar experience irrespective of their sector expertise.
